The Whole30 is a free dietary reset available to anyone who wants it. The rules are available through their website and there are free resources all over the internet, accessible through a quick Google search. Seriously, you just type in “is stevia Whole30 compliant” and you will get an answer in two seconds flat.

So, if you can get all the answers you need from that computer you keep with you at all times, why in the heck would you spend your hard earned money on a program?

I get it. This Whole30 Certified Coach thing is still pretty new. Coaches weren’t available for my first two Whole30s and they were just getting going when I did my third. It’s just not something I thought I needed. This could very well be you.

But maybe you’ve said something like the following…

I’ve tried every diet in the book and I quit them all. I keep trying to lose weight, but I can’t.

I want to start out by telling you that you are not alone and this doesn’t make you less worthy of a human being. You are more than enough just as you are. But, I also know that it doesn’t always feel that way for you and THAT’S ok, too. If you’re ready to commit to the Whole30, I need you to be ready to leave the diets behind. This is different and it takes some work to go beyond it. A good program will assist you in creating that mindset change.

MY FIX: I offer a free private sessions to everyone in my group and emphasize the importance of a “WHY” beyond weight loss.

I’m afraid I can’t get through a Whole30 by myself and need someone to keep me accountable.

You’re not alone. Most people more readily meet external expectations than internal expectations. This doesn’t make you a failure. It just makes you a person. A coach would be there to keep you accountable. Think about us as your Whole30 sponsor! If you want to ditch it all for a bowl of ice cream or Cheetos, we’re here for you.

MY FIX: I’m available at the ready via direct messaging and you’ll have a community of support throughout.

I’ve done Whole30 after Whole30 and I haven’t gotten the results I want. I’ve never done a full Reintroduction and go right back to the way I was eating before.

Reintroduction after a Whole30 can be extremely difficult, but without it, you’re just dieting. If you’re a Whole30 pro, but the Food Freedom thing is still a mystery for you, it is seriously time to hire a coach. The Whole30 was not meant to be a yo-yo diet, and you probably know that. A coach can help you get through the Reintroduction period with much more success and can set you up for a much more successful Food Freedom.

MY FIX: You’ve hired me for almost 7 weeks and so I work for you for 7 weeks. This includes Reintroduction! Plus, I have an awesome Reintroduction e-book to help you through it.

I have mystery gut issues or other medical diagnoses and know that I need a little extra help with fine-tuning.

I hear you on this one. Coaches with my kind of background can be particularly useful for this. While we can’t prescribe your food or make you personalized meal plans, I can help you figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. Tapping into what YOU already know about yourself is actually my superpower!

MY FIX: This is what I’ve been trained to do. As an Integrative Nurse Coach, I help you find solutions!

I’m SO BUSY. I have a handful of kids I need to feed and I work full time and I’m stressed out and why the hell would I want to take on a Whole30 on top of all this right now?

Woman, I get you. You probably need more than a Whole30 to help you through all that, but let me tell you something. It will give you so much more energy to get you through your difficult season. Hiring a coach is going to make it easier AND you’ll be investing in yourself. When was the last time you did something for you? You are absolutely worth the effort and hiring a coach will lift you up.

MY FIX: I relate. I have been there. I have solutions and the name of my game is simplicity. I also believe that taking time out for YOU gives you MORE time. I give a ton of recipe and meal planning support that will help you through it.

I’m breastfeeding or pregnant. I’m not sure how to do this the right way, but I know it has a place in my life.

It really can! But, if you’re pregnant, just check with your provider first. Whole30s can be particularly amazing during postpartum- I’m a walking success story. But, it also comes with the fear of losing milk supply. Hiring a coach can be amazing support through this.

MY FIX: First, let’s hop on a phone call to talk about your WHY. Once we establish that we can move forward. I’m an experienced breastfeeding Whole30er, so I’m here to assist you with special adjustments to your program!

Do you relate to any of these women?

If you do, I can help you.

I’m not just going to sit back in the Facebook community and watch while you do the heavy lifting. I’m here for you during our private and group sessions to keep you accountable, trouble shoot, and help you through that mindset change that going to slide through Reintroduction with ease into a more solid Food Freedom. You’ll have access to our community of other participants for support and daily tips. My educational modules will help up your game and get you better results.

If this sounds like something that could help you, but you’re still on the fence, schedule your free Discovery Call today and we can chat about how my program can help you out.

Otherwise, it’s time to take the plunge and sign up! I can’t wait to get to know you.
