If you’re an Upholder like me, the Whole30 isn’t hard. We stick to the internal and external commitments we’ve made for ourselves fairly easily.

But we are not all Upholders– and that’s a good thing! It means that for some of us, the Whole30 presents a huge challenge. Questioners need a really good reason to stick it through the thirty days. Obligers are often in need of some careful and personalized accountability throughout the program. Rebels…well…I can’t make you do anything. (smile emoji)

You are a unique person. Your life is unlike anyone else’s. You have physical, emotional, and mental needs that need to be honored and considered when achieving your health goals.

That’s where I come in. With my background in nursing, I have a skill set and knowledge of the human body and how diet can affect us, but I also come from the perspective that you are more than enough just as you are. This is why I love the Whole30- it acknowledges that we are all unique people with different dietary and emotional needs, while also honoring our bodies. The Whole30 is the perfect combination of mindful eating and healthy eating.

“I’ve tried everything to feel better, have more energy, and lose weight. All the diets-keto, low carb, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, South Beach, HCG, and I’m sure many more. They never worked, I never got results. When I started the Whole30 I didn’t have any confidence that I could complete it and get through the entire 30 days with no slip ups. That’s where Lindsay came in…she listened. She listened to my needs, helped me trouble shoot problems and supported me throughout the process. She was quick, responsive and available. I completed the whole30 and gained so much from it-more energy, clear thinking, better sleep, improved eating habits, better fitting clothes, increased self efficacy, tamed the sugar dragon, and lost 15 pounds. I couldn’t have done it without Lindsay’s help.”

As a Whole30 Certified Coach, I acknowledge your particular uniqueness, understanding that your Whole30 will look different from anyone else’s and that setting up your Food Freedom for after the program ends will be just as personal.

Here’s the timeline for my July program:

  • Preparation Period: June 26 – 30
  • Official Whole30: July 1 –  30
  • Reintroduction Support & Food Freedom: July 31 – August 9

But what does it offer? Below is an in-depth look at my comprehensive and interactive 7 week virtual coaching program.

Live Coaching

This is the meat of the program and where you will receive the most benefit from the program, because let’s face it- without the actual coaching, it’s just a Facebook group. We will meet as a group in a Zoom conference call five times throughout our time together. During these calls, you will have an opportunity to bring forward any questions, concerns, or troubleshooting issues you need addressed. I focus particularly on mindset and changing old patterns during these calls, which will serve you well in the long run during your Food Freedom.

These group coaching calls are on the following days and will be posted in our Facebook group for later use. (Please keep in mind that these times are PST- we are currently three hours ahead of the east coast.)

  1. June 29th @ 2pm PST – Preparation
  2. July 3rd @ 6:30pm – Week 1 Troubleshooting
  3. July 15th @ 6:30pm – Halfway
  4. July 29th @ 6:30pm – Reintroduction
  5. August 5th @ 6:30pm – Wrap-up and Food Freedom

BONUS: I am now offering a one time private coaching call (30-45 minutes) that can be used at any time during the seven weeks. If at any time you find that you need more support or want to take a deeper dive into your food habits, I am available for more sessions at a reduced rate.

Community

You will be placed into a Facebook group with the other members of the program where you will receive daily support, recipe suggestions, and encouragement, as well as answers to questions and troubleshooting support. This is a great opportunity to support one another through your journeys, be an engaged member of the group, and personalize your program even further.

Interactive Modules

Each week, you’ll receive access to a new educational and interactive module in the HIPAA-compliant client database, Practice Better. These modules will provide you will all you need to know about the week ahead, tips and tricks to get you through, goal setting, to-do lists, bonus tools for every day Whole30 living, and printable worksheets. These modules are chalk-full of good stuff to keep you motivated and on track.

Full, Personalized Support

In addition to the triple threat of live coaching calls, community, and interactive modules, I provide you with the following:

  • Unlimited private messaging through the Practice Better app
  • Full Whole30 Preparation support
  • Full Reintroduction support
  • BONUS July 4th and vacation strategies

Lindsay was awesome from Day 1!!! She helped us prepare mentally and physically for this challenge. She was there for moral support throughout. There were multiple ways to contact her and she always responded promptly. She offered tons of resources to help us along the journey. Thanks Lindsay for a great first Whole30 and all your hard work!!
