Before working with Lindsay, my life felt chaotic, disorganized, overwhelming, and emotional. During our work together, I focused on creating a healthier relationship with food and drink, being more mindful of my eating habits all around, and learning better ways to more effectively manage stress and anxiety & making “self-care” a priority. A decade ago

I didn’t have a good relationship with my body.

I’d look in the mirror, see a lumpy stomach, and wonder to myself if I’d ever be able to see my ab muscles, if I’d ever be able to pull off a tight shirt, if I’d ever be able to walk around in a bikini and not care what others were thinking.

I didn’t know how to nourish myself.

I was an emotional eater, and I couldn’t figure out how to keep up a fitness plan.

I spent years learning how to cook and feed myself, finally landing in a happy place with the number on the scale

but my underlying psychology with my body never settled.

While I never restricted food for long, I had a tendency to eat my way through feelings and stress and then feel guilty about it later.

While I’ve always had issues with stomach cramping and regularity, my symptoms came to a head when I nearly fainted from abdominal pain on Memorial Day weekend 2015. My husband called 911 and I ended up in the emergency room. A CT scan later, I was told I needed to follow up with a gastroenterologist. At 29 years old, I underwent a colonoscopy and endoscopy.

The verdict was clear: I have IBS, a hiatal hernia, and diverticulosis.

That fall, I began my 30th year on this earth with my very first Whole30! What a relief! My bloating calmed, I had more energy, and my relationship with food began to heal right along with the lining of my gut.
I was able to see food through a different lens.

I have since completed a few more Whole30s, each time achieving a better understanding of myself. When I am not on a Whole30, which is MOST of the time, I am happy with my Food Freedom, more content in my choices, and
learning how food affects me more each day. 

 

Guilt and shame are no longer invited to this party!

You are far more than your body and far more than that number on the scale. BUT I do understand the need to feel better in the body you’ve been given, both physically and emotionally.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Whole30 help me to lose weight?

The Whole30 will very likely help you to lose weight, but it is NOT a weight loss diet. This is a tool to help you discover reactions to food so that you can improve your relationship to eating, improve nutrition, and meet your #lifegoals.

Do you offer refunds if I’m not happy with your product?

I offer refunds for my Whole30 program on a LIMITED case-by-case basis. Committing financially to this process is a huge part of this program and quiting your Whole30 half way and giving you a refund for it does nothing for the accountability factor. 

 

How can I be sure that your program is right for me?

If you are on the fence (there are a lot of wonderful coaches out there), I encourage you to schedule a one-to-one coaching session with me ASAP. I offer 30 minutes free of charge and we can get to know each other a bit better before you commit.

 

I don’t have money for this program. Can you help me?

If you are strapped for cash and a solo Whole30 just won’t do it for you, I do offer limited scholarships. Do you only work with moms?

Nope! If you’re looking for help, I want to help you. That being said, my Whole30 WholeLife program will likely be messaged to moms. We all could learn a bit more self love, so don’t let that stop you!

 

Do you offer Whole30 private coaching?

I offer private coaching WITH Whole30 coaching services. When you sign up for any of my private coaching services, you’ll have the opportunity to opt-in to a Whole30 if you so choose. Materials will be made available to you. If you happen to purchase private coaching at the same time one of my groups is going, I include the cost of admission into my group. It includes all the bells and whistles!

 

Does this come with a meal plan?

I do have a meal planning kit as a bonus inside Whole30 WholeLife, which includes a full week of meals. I also will share with you various meal planning resources and recipes. However, I encourage you to do the work in learning your unique meal planning style and needs. This is a part of the process!

 

Why 8 weeks when it’s only 30 days?

In my program, I take you through PREPARATION before the Whole30 and REINTRODUCTION after. These are two essential components of the program. I have found that releasing my clients into the wild following their Reintroduction can feel scary and confusing, so I now offer a few extra weeks to help you with FOOD FREEDOM. The Whole30 is not meant to be long term OR a yo-yo, and this bonus time is how I help you through that.
