Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Lindsay Johnson, a registered nurse from Tucson with ten years of experience in hospital nursing, a Master’s degree, and a desire to help others achieve their best lives possible.
I graduated from the University of Arizona and worked for six years in the highest acuity intensive care unit in Southern Arizona. After a year of Infection Prevention, I landed myself in Professional Practice. At the moment, I work from home, which gives me the flexibility I need to care for my young daughters.
My love for cooking that I discovered in college borders on obsession- I am a sucker for kitchen gadgets, cookbooks, and good, healthy food. While I am no food blogger, I may post a recipe from time to time. I am a regular at my local barre3 studio and on the weekends, our family loves to get outside and enjoy the plethora of hikes in the Tucson area. In my downtime, you can find me with a good book, fighting my Amazon addiction, or watching good or bad television in the evenings with my husband, Tim.
What is Catalina Wellness?
The world of heath and wellness is booming and nurses are in a prime position to lead the charge. We have the education, the knowledge, the training, and the experience needed to understand and provide coaching and education. While the sphere of integrative nurse coaching is still quite young, it is growing rapidly.
My goal is to be a leader for you amidst the hazy landscape of health and wellness, bringing to you evidence-based information, providing direction and services through multiple modalities, and leading my community to help them to lead their best lives.
Within the next year, you can expect opportunities for integrative nurse coaching and Whole30 group and one-on-one coaching. I am so excited to begin this journey with you!
I am a nurse, but I am not your nurse. Due to my scope of practice, what I write on this website should not be considered medical advice. Please always consult your provider for any health decisions.
